Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LG Parts, we strive to ensure you receive the correct components for your home appliances; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused parts within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused part in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and small components are included before placing it in a shipping box.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the part for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
